The Leadership Edge Learning Community or
Community of Practice takes place informally - face to
face - and virtually and can benefit you after completing
the formal sessions. The Learning Community’s strategic
goals include:
Ongoing relationships within an informal networking
structure.
Focusing on leadership challenges during organizational
change and business re-alignment that impacts HRD.
Linking The UCF ORBIT Leadership Edge Team and UCF
academically with Consortium Members and Advisory Board
Members.
Improving, expanding and customizing The UCF Leadership
Edge and developing and launching The UCF Strategic
Leadership Edge during 4th Qtr. 2005.
